Return and Refund Policy: Unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged Shipment Policy: Because our seasonings are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened containers. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning any product. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will gladly assist if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

We currently only ship within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, new product launches, or holiday periods, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. If offered for your location, the available options and prices will appear at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping shortens transit time but does not change our standard 2-3 business day processing time.
